McLaren has successfully won the contract of luxury residential development in Central London, the projects include 88 luxury apartments, 15 housing units & a commercial space of 35k Sqft. The contractor has mentioned that they are targeting for BREEAM Excellent rating for sustainability during construction. The construction is set to begin in early 2020 & to end by 2021. As of now demolition and substructure work at the site in process.
