Native Land has received the planning go-ahead for phase two of its £1bn Bankside Yards mixed-use development London which is next to Blackfriars Bridge. Eastern Yards phase will deliver 550,000 sq ft of the 1.4m sq ft site for Bankside Yards by the Thames. The Sampson House is the latest approval which includes 341 new homes, a 126-bed hotel, a 5-star, all together with the office space. The initial phase of the project includes a 240-home apartment building.
