The three-phase renovation of the late 30s Peabody estate will raise the no. of houses from 353 to 599. Sisk built over 150 homes in phase 1, with phase 2 providing 200 affordable homes & a new community center. There will be 109 social rented homes, 54 extra care homes & 35 offered for shared ownership to help people on to the housing ladder. Designed by Hawkins Brown(architect), the new homes & community centers are due to complete by 2022.
