The business will operate under a newly established parent company, RedGroup Ltd, with a strategic focus on four key areas: geography, scale, sector specialism and supply chain.

Details of the four areas are:

  • Geography & Scale: RedGroup Ltd will operate through regional divisions (Red South West, Red London, Red East) while expanding into large-scale projects via Red Major Projects, targeting contracts worth £60m+.
  • Sector Specialism: The group is launching Red Tailored, a dedicated division focused on luxury hotel refurbishments and upgrades.
  • Supply Chain Strength: RedGroup has acquired Form and will integrate One MEP to enhance in-house joinery and MEP capabilities across projects.

Graham Sturge, CEO, Red Group, said: “Over the last 10 years, Red has delivered a sustained level of growth that has created a robust, diversified, and highly successful business known for its ability to deliver the most complex of projects by always finding a way to achieve viability during even the most volatile economic climate cycles.

“We are not stopping there though, and over the next five years we want to achieve an annual compound growth of 10% per annum.

“To do so, however, requires control and opportunity, two tenets that have underpinned Red from the outset.  Control comes from having talented teams and a clear plan, which this reorganisation is part of to create even greater focus.

“As for opportunity, we have always had an entrepreneurial spirit, seeing or creating opportunities that enable the company and the team to thrive, and the reorganisation will ensure we can continue to do so as we add scale.”
