Galliard Homes has given a green signal to construct a £140m luxury apartment scheme above Crossrail station of the Tottenham Court Road. This construction will contain 92 private apartments cost starting from £899k. Construction will also contain 9,939 sq ft of ground-floor retail space. The masterplan of both the buildings were designed by architectural practice Hawkins\Brown, specification and interior design by Argent Design. The new Crossrail Interchange at TCRW is set to open in 2021.
