Balfour Beatty has won the job to design major M58 link road in Wigan Borough. Wigan Council gave the responsibility to Balfour Beatty to shape the borough’s M58 link road, the road connects the J26 M6 and Wigan town centre. This project will increase new opportunities for residential and housing development.
