BAM construction has imposed 20% pay cut for three months for all the workforce besides the 2019 bonus payout cut. The pay cut regulation applies for the 500 staff on furlough leave and the employees working from home.
BAM has conveyed that Senior management has taken 20% pay cut a month ago besides the deferrals on bonuses and pay rises. BAM is currently working on the cost-saving measures and also stopped the non-business critical spending.
