BAM to work on £300m Gateshead arena

BAM Construction will go ahead with the expansion of Dunsbury business park as it receives the appointment from Portsmouth City Council. This £12.5m expansion project is set to be the fifth unit at the 45-acre business park

The site had previously continued to be a farm land while the new design plan for the warehouse was built by BAM Design. The industrial warehouse will be constructed in a 10,000 sq. m area while the office allocation is 750 sq. m.

The building is expected to be ready for occupation in 2022. BAM has already built three other sheds on the park. The previously constructed warehouses are now occupied by 3M, VW, Fat Face, and DPD UK.

The new facility is the largest of the plots to be developed for the time being. BAM started site preparation work while the final contract details were agreed.
