Barton has been selected to build a landmark residential scheme worth £150m in Salford. The project is a mixture of single, double and triple bedroom flats which includes 24-hour concierge, podium level gardens, resident’s lounge, and a gym. The construction work is all set to start in the New Year, and the entire development will be under construction may take around 40 months for completion.
