Costain Welsh road project in Wales is facing an over-budget of £100m and more than two years of delay. The new Welsh Government estimates are showing an 8KM road stretch from Gilwern to Brynmawr, which would cost around £321m, hence now it can’t be completed by 2021. Welsh Government has requested a £100m increase in the budget due to design changes. Initially, work was expected to be completed by September 2018, but now it may reach spring 2021.
