The housing specialist Durkan has confirmed that it is going to restart its construction sites in phases from next week. Elstree(Durkan’s head office) is also going to be reopened for a limited key staff in order to support the operational sites. Additional staff will return to work in phases to makesure that social distancing guidelines are followed thoroughly, and some staff will be continuing working from home depending on possibility.
Durkan has decided to moniter restrictions closely to ensure sites remain in place until situation changes.
