The planning approval received for a joint venture between Transport for London and Barratt London over 450 homes beside Wembley Park London Underground station.
The project includes 454 homes including new operational space for TfL. This scheme covers 1.6-acre site and will be constructed in five buildings which is designed by Tate Hindle architects.
The design includes with green and biodiverse roofs in which bird boxes and bee bricks are included. The project is set to start by 2021.
