John Graham Construction is building the private rented sector (PRS) development, after winning the £56m build to rent development in Nottingham. This construction comprises 348 apartments on Queens Road next to Nottingham railway station for Blocwork LLP.
It is a 50:50 ratio joint venture between Network Rail and Bloc Group. Construction is expected to complete in April 2023.
Residential landlord Grainger is paying £55.6m to forward fund and acquire the development, as previously reported. Franklin Ellis Architects has designed the construction layout that will provide 197,250 sq ft over 10 floors.
