Approval has been received for the plans to build a 1,000-home high-rise mixed-use scheme on the site of Leeds’ first railway station. This will be a laboratory building with full flexibility allowing lab space on all floors. The project is designed by KPF, and the building includes housing SMEs and academics as well as global healthcare and pharmaceutical companies.
