Legal & General Modular Homes has received green signal for 154 houses at a site of eight acres in Selby, North Yorkshire. After reopening the Yorkshire factory amid coronavirus lockdown, this is the first major agreement for L&G Modular Homes. This is Selby’s first scheme in which Legal & General will deliver the development proposition like achieving planning consent, buying land, developing the product and delivery.
