London ‘hanging gardens’ tower gets planning approval

London planners have recived planning approval for the 35-storey landmark tower which includes a huge green wall in the Square Mile. The Clothworkers’ is the first company to get approval from virtual committee for 50 Fenchurch Street project. This project includes a new office building, public roof, replacement Livery Hall and winter gardens including a new public realm. The 78,000 sq m building is designed by the architect Eric Parry.
