London Oxford Street revamp is to be delivered jointly by J Murphy & Sons and the Carey Group, the project worth is £150m. The companies will kick-start the plan with £150m of funding over three years. The construction includes two new public piazzas at Oxford Circus. A proposal to fully pedestrianize Oxford Street has hit the council after objections from local residents.
