McLaren Group has been given the planning go-ahead for a 300,000 sq ft office scheme in central Leeds which is to be built on Wellington Street in the central business district, which is a 17-storey building will offer Grade A office accommodation across a range of flexible workspaces. The construction site is currently occupied by three mid-sized office buildings which will be demolished. The project of the £70m building is expected to take 30 months and McLaren hopes to start on-site by the end of the year(2020).
