Construction is set to begin soon on the new residential scheme by developers Court Collaboration and Select Property, which will deliver 581 homes, with the first phase scheduled for completion in 2027. Reports Contract Journal
Known as Edition Birmingham, the development will be located next to Centenary Square in the heart of the city, featuring apartments across two interconnected towers – the 46-storey Centenary Tower and the 15-storey Park Residence.
To accelerate delivery, JRL Group company Midgard will employ modular construction methods for the Edition Birmingham project.
