Moda Living has unveiled its plans for the transformation of Great Charles Street in Birmingham to a residential neighborhood with space for working, living and playing. Moda plans are to transform a 2.6-acre brownfield site into a neighbourhood with 722 new homes for rent. The project includes concierge(24-hour), co-working spaces and a gym.
