Modular specialist Thurston acquired following administration

The business, which generates annual turnover of £47m, appointed administrators from Leonard Curtis on December 22, bringing an end to its 55-year trading history.

Leonard Curtis had been advising the group since last month as it sought a buyer following a difficult period for the company.
