Kadans Science Partner is driving forward the £100m Plus Ultra Manchester development, a flagship project positioned at the heart of the Oxford Road Corridor.
The scheme serves as the focal point of the wider £450m Upper Brook Street masterplan, which will deliver 490,000 sq ft of mixed-use space incorporating laboratories, student living, and community amenities.
Sustainability sits at the core of the design. The fully electric building is targeting BREEAM Excellent, EPC A, and WiredScore Gold, and will incorporate extensive rooftop solar panels, advanced building controls, and high-performance façades to maximise efficiency and resilience.
