Murphy has confirmed the decision to reinstate full pay for workers from August 1 after the firm is now performed well during lockdown. Murphy has implemented 10% pay differals for all staff in April besides the reduced holiday entitlements to 21 days. Chief Executive Officer John Murphy has now confirmed to the staff confirming that the pay cuts will now be reversed. Staff is now going to have annual holiday allowance of 22 days this year and will have to use four of the holidays over Christmas.
