Renaker receives green signal for Manchester twin towers construction

The construction of two 52-storey towers in Manchester will be constructed by the Manchester-based developer and builder Renaker. The planning approval was made to build towers which seem to be in the shape of the Blade and Cylinder.

Simpson Haugh has designed the twin towers and this construction project is the second phase of Renaker’s Crown Street development which is close to Deansgate. The plan is set to accommodate over 890 flats in the project.

The lower levels of the building will comprise a podium containing 5,200 sq ft of commercial space. Adding to it, Renaker’s plans include a public park, and a 210-place primary school. DP Squared will be the structural engineer while building services will be provided by MUP Design as the clients of the project.
