The Swindon-based civil engineering and groundworks contractor has built a strong reputation delivering infrastructure and groundworks projects for the regional divisions of leading UK housebuilders, including Vistry, Persimmon and Barratt Redrow, generating an annual turnover of around £20 million last year.
Established 16 years ago, the company operates across the South West of England and employed approximately 60 people during the previous financial year.
Avtar is recognised as one of the few specialist civil engineering contractors in the South West with the expertise and accreditation to deliver Section 278 (S278) highway works, enabling permanent alterations and improvements to public roads as part of residential and infrastructure developments.
