Developer Torus to deliver build 185 apartments and 10 townhouses adjacent to Stanley Dock complex in Liverpool, planning permission is received. A builder will be selected by Torus from its contractor framework for the £30m Lightbody Street redevelopment. Seddon, Anwyl Construction, Lovell Partnerships, Caddick Construction, Eric Wright, and Vistry are the contractors in the running for the scheme.
