Laing O’Rourke is putting its maximum efforts in facing all the obstacles to open its £350m Cwmbran super hospital project in 12 months early to fight the coronavirus pandemic. A temporary opening of The Grange University Hospital is to happen by the end of this month. In addition to this, Welsh Government has sanctioned £10m of extra funding to speed up construction of sections, hence this helps in providing 350 extra beds by end of April in Newport area.
