Willmott Dixon won the £65m landmark housing and commercial complex for Peterborough Investment Partnership. This project will see 315 flats built as well as 37 townhouses.
The project includes two ground-floor leisure and commercial space below the flat blocks. The project is expected to be delivered by August 2024.
