650 flats and hotel scheme at Liverpool gets approved

The city planners have given a go ahead for 650 apartments and a hotel in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle. The redevelopment for the former scrap metal site will be taken up by the developer Chaloner Street Developments with three towers.

Modern City Architecture and Urbanism has drawn up the mixed-use scheme for a mix of tenure from build to rent, co-living apartments, and market sale. A 200-bed hotel, office and art gallery space is planned in the Norton Point scheme between Chaloner Street and Flint street.
