A £25m contract is being awarded to Galliford Try Building, in Coventry. This student accommodation includes 435-room development, for developer Cassidy Group which will be built on Albany Road.
This construction will be the third student accommodation project built by Galliford Try in the city. There will be 55 self-contained apartments and 55 student clusters in buildings ranging up to six storeys, providing managed rooms for students at Warwick and Coventry universities.
