The Castle Street scheme will deliver three towers of 20, 18 and 14 storeys set above a podium, creating 402 private rental apartments alongside 12 discounted market rent homes. Reports Contract Journal
Residents will benefit from a range of on-site amenities, including a rooftop lounge, co-working hub, gym, landscaped roof terraces and shared garden spaces.
HGP is investing £28m of equity into the project, working with JRL, which is taking on the dual role of developer and contractor to bring the scheme forward.
Construction is now underway, with practical completion scheduled for December 2027
