Construction of the steel frames for two high-specification warehouse distribution units, with a combined floor area of 772,340 sq ft, is scheduled to begin later this month.
McLaren’s contract also covers the delivery of hardstanding areas, service yards, car parking, landscaping, mains services and drainage across the development site.
