Willmott Dixon will accomplish the works for the first phase of Telford’s Station Quarter project. The plans were put in place with help of Telford & Wrekin Council after Willmott Dixon was appointed as the contractor for this regeneration project.
This was made possible after the council secured £22.3m from the government’s Towns Fund. The development will come in place between the town’s railway station and Telford town centre that will also include new homes.
The regeneration scheme also comprises a digital skills and enterprise hub run by Telford College and the University of Wolverhampton. Willmott Dixon’s contract was procured via Pagabo’s Major Works Framework.
