Over 40 firms win Wessex Water M&E minor works deal

The five-year framework agreement, with the potential for a three-year extension, will support the water company’s AMP8 programme and is divided into three lots: M&E, small electrical, and small mechanical works. Reports Contract Journal

Key firms securing places on the flagship Lot 1 for M&E works include Bridges Electrical Engineers, C&P Engineering, Integrated Water Services, and OCU Northavon. This lot encompasses a broad range of services, from pumping station upgrades and environmental monitoring to asset decommissioning and automation projects.

On Lot 2, covering small electrical works, successful bidders include Fairfield Electrical, SAN Electrical, Max Wright, and Mildren Construction.

For Lot 3, focused on small mechanical works, companies awarded spots include DMS Engineering, Nightjar Engineering, and Renn Consultancy.
