Scheldebouw, the Dutch arm of the group, will lead as the specialist façade contractor, overseeing the design, engineering, and manufacture. The group’s UK division will support the project through the installation phase. Reports Contract Journal
Bovis has been appointed as the main contractor for the £500m development, which includes a 36-storey tower delivering over 37,000 sq m of premium Grade A office space, scheduled for completion in early 2029.
