A reserved matters application is currently under consideration, with a planning decision expected in the near future. Subject to approval, construction is anticipated to commence later this year.

In addition, the joint venture has secured a further 298 plots for future phases as part of the wider masterplan, which encompasses new infrastructure, schools, community facilities, and public open spaces.

This marks the third collaboration between Vistry and Kier Property on a large-scale, mixed-tenure housing scheme, further strengthening their growing partnership.

Trevor Wicks, managing director at Vistry Thames Valley, said: “This acquisition marks a pivotal step in our partnership with Kier Property. We are committed to creating a sustainable community that meets local needs and supports the wider infrastructure strategy for South Wokingham.”
