Bowmer & Kirkland has taken up the construction works in Salford on a new £70m 280 apartment residential scheme at MediaCityUK. Developer Glenbrook on behalf of Latimer, Clarion Housing Group’s development arm, is bringing forward the scheme.

The residential scheme by B&K comprises two blocks which would be ranging 14 and 17 storeys. Architect Sheppard Robson has designed the plan with M&E by Manchester-based consultant Ridge & Partners.

This scheme will be constructed in an area of 230,000 sq ft while the project is due to complete in 2022. The build for sale project from Bowmer & Kirkland will be built on a former surface car park immediately adjacent to Booths’ food store.
