ISG has succeeded in gaining a major fit-out project in Birmingham. The expected construction cost might turn up around £25m for this new HM Revenue & Customs hub office building. In an area of 240,000 sq ft, the 3 Arena Central built by Galliford Try is set out. It encompasses the delivery of open-plan office accommodation, cellular offices, and meeting room suites.
The construction would include a basement car park and new public amenity area. The plan for starting of works is set to be from this November while autumn 2021 are expected to be the completion period of the construction. ISG has appointed a similar scheme in Cardiff after Birmingham and procured via the Government Hubs Fit-Out Framework programme.
