The joint venture has finalized a deal with HSBC to secure £125m in funding for the 8-storey 10 King William Street development.McLaren has been leading the project under a preconstruction agreement, with Keltbray handling the enabling works. Reports Contract Journal
Spanning 140,000 sq ft, the Bank scheme will rise above the new station entrance on Cannon Street, aiming for the highest ESG standards, including BREEAM Outstanding, NABERS 5*, and WELL Platinum certifications.
The project team includes cost consultant Core Five, M&E consultant Hoare Lea, and structural engineer Robert Bird.
