Muse Developments is a preferred regeneration development partner by West Sussex County Council to deliver Horsham Enterprise Park. The new development will comprise a new neighborhood for the Sussex town as well as commercial space.
This will benefit with a range of employment uses and extensive public realm, as the construction is expected to take six years and which will cost approximately £190m. The site is the former Novartis Pharmaceuticals plant in Horsham.
The site with original offices, workshops, and laboratories are now mostly demolished. However, a 1930s Art Deco style building and four buildings have been retained including two gatehouse buildings.
There will be approximately 300 new houses/flats as well as local amenities in the Horsham Enterprise Park which is in an area of 18.5-acre. It will also deliver up to 270,000 sq ft of employment space, including offices, R&D facilities and an enterprise hub.
