Stockport Mayoral Development Corporation (MDC) and ECF—a partnership between Homes England, Legal & General, and Muse—have confirmed their successful bid, with work set to commence early next year, starting with the demolition of the existing bus depot. Reports Contract Journal
Paul Richards, deputy chief executive of Stockport Council and chief executive of Stockport MDC, described Stockport 8 as a key pillar in the transformation of Town Centre West, marking a major milestone in the vision for a vibrant and sustainable town centre.
