Nuneaton & Bedworth Borough Council has granted planning permission to Keepmoat Homes for the development of 125 homes in Exhall. This £26m development in Exhall Gardens will be accomplished on a previously vacant site on School Lane.
The housing to the area in Warwickshire is much beneficial for the people and Keepmoat said that 32 of the 125 properties would be made available for shared ownership and affordable rent by Flint Housing.
Construction is scheduled to start in May this year and will be completed in two years.
