The company, which makes £60 million in revenue, focuses on construction, civil engineering, fabrication, mechanical & electrical services, and fire engineering. It also has its own facilities management team.Reports Contract Journal

The current CEO, Dave Meldrum, will stay in his position, and the board of directors will keep full control over the company’s strategy and decisions.
