The north London neighborhood Brent Cross Town is determined with design layouts. The move comes as the Developer Argent Related and Barnet Council drew up the plans for approximately £5bn development.
With plans comprising a 180-acre site, it is set to be a new park town for London. The whole area includes ideas of developing 50 acres for parks and playing fields along with 3m sq ft of office space, and 6,700 new homes.
Adding to it, areas for retail including local amenities and services, restaurants, leisure, culture and events are also being planned to keep up the spirit of enthusiasm all around the planning site. Three local schools and student accommodation are also included in the plan.
King’s Cross can be reached in 12 minutes from the town centre via the new Brent Cross West station. This station is under construction and will be completed by VolkerFitzpatrick by the end of 2022.
