The 321-bed student accommodation development will be located between Stratford High Street and Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, approximately 100m from Pudding Mill Lane DLR station.
Graham’s appointment marks the project’s transition into the construction phase as Gamuda continues to expand its development portfolio in London.
The scheme will feature a mix of cluster flats and self-contained studios, alongside shared kitchen, dining and social areas. Additional amenities will include a gym and games rooms to support students’ recreational and social needs.
An elevated communal space will extend along the landscaped site, providing students with areas to study, relax and socialise while overlooking the surrounding waterways.
At ground level, 294 sq m of commercial space will be allocated for artists’ studios and workspace, creating opportunities for creative activities alongside the student accommodation.
Graham will also construct a new road and improve pedestrian and cycling access from the northern side of the site, enhancing connectivity for residents and visitors.
Niall Farmer, head of Gamuda Land UK, said: “The appointment of Graham marks an important milestone as we move into the delivery phase of Marshgate Lane, reflecting our confidence in Stratford as one of London’s most dynamic and well-connected growth locations.”
