Silverthorne Lane Plot 6 in the Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone will include 706 student rooms and leisure spaces. The development will form a key part of the regeneration of the Silverthorne Lane site, which will see £375 million invested in residential, student accommodation and commercial buildings, as well as a new comprehensive school.
The project is divided into four blocks with a height of between five and 15 floors, connected in pairs. HG will supply this project’s piles and prefabricated utility cabinets, ensuring the program’s quality and value for the customer.
Adam Quinn, managing director of HG Construction, said: “We are delighted to be involved in the regeneration of the Temple Quarter corporate precinct. As this is our first project in Bristol, we look forward to getting to know the area and maximising opportunities for local employment and community engagement during the construction of this project.”
Studio Hive is working with Far East Orchard, Woh Hup and Atlas Land, which acquired the site in June 2022 as part of the wider Silverthorne Lane masterplan. The plan is expected to be completed in 2026.
