Imtech Engineering Services was given a contract that will accomplish mechanical & electrical services given by London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC). The works will take place at the Victoria & Albert new museum.
Installation of the shell and core mechanical, electrical and public health services will be carried on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in east London. The construction of the new museum is done by Mace at Stratford Waterfront.
O’Donnell & Tuomey is the architect of Dublin who designed the new museum which is a five-storey building that forms part of the new East Bank cultural and educational quarter. The £1.1bn East Bank development also includes BBC music studios.
Alongside a new Sadler’s Wells ballet theatre is part of the construction along with two new university campuses for the University College London and London’s College of Fashion.
