Green light for Leeds 1,000-home high-rise scheme

Plans are submitted for the Yorkshire’s tallest building i.e.., 46-floor residential skyscraper in Leeds by the Developer Citylife. The £175m landmark project includes 604 flats with a sky garden and also a private roof terrace. The residential skyscrapper is 142m tall and would form the Springwell Gardens scheme’s second phase.

The project is expected to be completed by 2022, the development value of the project is £50m.
