The Town Quay scheme, led by developer Nicholas James Group, will feature three identical 25-storey residential towers alongside a seven-storey block nearby.

Additionally, the project includes a striking nine-storey building on the existing pier, designed with two interconnected elements. This will house a 128-bedroom hotel, 18 serviced apartments, a spa, restaurants, and conferencing facilities. The large-footprint building will incorporate two levels of parking beneath and a helipad on the roof. As part of the development, a new Red Jet passenger terminal and café will be introduced at ground level, alongside upgraded ferry berths, following necessary pier strengthening works.

The scheme also features a 300-berth marina, transforming the prominent waterfront site, which has remained largely inaccessible to the public for many years.
