Construction is set to begin early next year on 236 new high-quality homes as part of the Acton Gardens estate regeneration project. The scheme is being delivered through a joint venture between Vistry and L&Q, transforming the 52-acre site into a vibrant new community.

In total, the development will provide 3,463 homes, complemented by a multi-use community centre, nursery, medical centre, sports and play facilities, as well as 500,000 sq ft of public space.

Nick Churcher, Managing Director for Vistry West London, said:“Securing two Gateway 2 approvals in quick succession at Acton Gardens is a major milestone for Vistry and a testament to the strength of our design and technical teams.

“These are our first approvals under the new regime, and to achieve them on a single project speaks volumes about our collaborative  approach and commitment to building safety. We’re proud to be leading the way in delivering safe, high-quality homes at scale.”
